In fact, i'm in progress of implementing (well, more like porting) Deflicker Auto-exposure algorithm from Magic Lantern.
Now it is completely ported and works fine for single images, loaded in DR. I have not yet compared it's output with output of original algo on same shots. There are some plans about using this tool with batch processing, but nothing about this is implemented.
