There was some discussion a couple of months ago regarding conversion of RAW images from cameras such as the Fuji X-PRO1 and X-E1 that use the Fuji X-Trans sensor. I've been testing the latest v9.19 dcraw, and it does a good job of converting the raw images from my X-E1 using the command line parameters -o 2 -w -v -6 -T, to produce 16-bit TIFF files in Adobe RGB colorspace. I can then import the TIFF files into darktable.

In order to simplify using dcraw, I made up the attached short script and couple of Nemo actions, so that in Nemo I can right-click on a RAF file to convert just that file, or I can right-click on a folder to convert all RAF files in the folder. To use them, copy the two actions to ~/.local/share/nemo/actions and the script to a folder somewhere. If the script folder isn't in the path, then the actions will need to be edited to add the full script path to the Exec= command.

On my machine the conversion takes approximately 15 seconds per image.
