Hi!
As far as I understand it I can add geo information to my images from a
gpx track using the geotag module on the light table.
Now, I have a set of images where some (most) already have geo
information attached by means of the camera, while others don't (simply
cause of the limitations of the built in receiver) plus I have a gpx
track for the whole tour from an external gps receiver. It seems
sensible not to overwrite already tagged images while it also seems
sensible to fill the gaps. Is this possible, or in other words does the
geotagg-module recognize already tagged images? If so how does it handle
them?
(For the case in question it would probably also be of some interest to
compare results of both methods, ie. what was applied compared to what
would be applied due to the track information. But I fear this is
somewhat beyond the scope of dt.)
