This is to fool lensfun.  This way, lensfun uses the calibration
from at least between 10m and infinity -- it will go to even smaller
distances.

Darktable should change its default value to 1000:
http://darktable.org/redmine/issues/9485 Until then, you have to set
it to the best value to know, or 1000m for "infinity", manually.
