Hi friends.
I've been using Dt on Ubuntu for a few years, and have recently tried using
it on Mac. It works remarkably well, as I've mentioned in another thread...
So I decided to get serious and bring over my library, my preferences, etc.
I got stuck on color management, because I don't know how to configure Dt.
Specifically, in the "output color profile" module, I don't know how I
should set "display profile"... on my ubuntu box, I was running colord, so
I was confident that Dt could get what it needed from the display. On Mac,
I know that the mac itself is color managed, but Dt isn't really a mac app;
it's a gtk app ported to Mac... so I don't know what it can see.
Should I get the .icc file from my monitor and select it?
What sort of test(s) can I run to determine what Dt is seeing about the
platform?
Thanks!
