I, too, have had problems with a green tint (and at times
magenta-tinted highlights) in darktable when processing ORF files shot
with my E-M5. However, when opening my files in RawTherapee using the
default presets my photos did not exhibit any color-casting issues. In
addition, Gimp reproduced accurate colors from TIF files created from
unmodified ORFs in darktable.

In darktable the "system display profile" under "display profile" was
the main culprit for me. Selecting "sRGB" removed most but not all of
the color casting in the photos. RawTherapee and Gimp used my monitor
calibration profile without issue.

My problems with color casts in darktable disappeared after I
downgraded my OS. I had been using Linux Mint 15 which uses a generic
video driver for my laptop's Radeon HD4650. I installed Mint 13 (LTS),
which does provide an appropriate video driver and includes
proprietary drivers from ATI, reinstalled darktable 1.4, and used my
existing darktable configuration files and calibration profile for my
external monitor.

I hope this adds benefit to this discussion.
