Not possible currently, though I've seen it discussed in the #darktable IRC 
channel so it may appear at some point if
someone decides to develop it.

However, you can do something similar using the colour correction module, 
either by using split toning (by dragging the
white and black dots) to warm up the dark areas and leave the light areas alone 
for example, or using multiple instances
and masks.

The other option is to duplicate the image (in the lighttable), apply your two 
white balances and combine them in the
gimp with masks, but that sounds like a bit too much work for me! :)
