I don't know of a better way currently.  My NEX-7 has the sample
problem with my Samyang 8mm.  I thought Sony tackled the problem
with microlenses in later models.  Well, apparently it's a matter of
megapixels because the NEX-5 doesn't have this problem.

I may implement a solution in Lensfun for this but this may take
months.  The plan is to teach Lensfun to divide by flatfield images
as in <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flat-field_correction>.
