Hi,
After the upgrade to Mint 17 and nvidia drivers, the problem below
reported appeared again.
This time I'm not able to point in nvidia.icd the current driver version.
I've noticed the following bug report:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1311362
Is anyone having the same problem with LM17 or Ubuntu 14.04?

My libnvidia-opencl.so pointer is broken, since I have no
/usr/share/nvidia-current folder.
After looking for the new location I found the new file version in
/usr/lib32/nvidia-304 folder, so I solved it pointing nvidia.icd to
libnvidia-opencl.so.304.88 (my current version).
Problem solved, I have again dt running with OpenCL.

In the end you certainly need a file /etc/OpenCL/vendors/nvidia.icd with
one line of text pointing to your libnvidia-opencl.so.
If that file is not installed you may need to generate it manually.

Hi,
I'm having the same problem on the detection of my Nvidia card after the
drivers update.
In the previous updates I had to update the
"/usr/share/nvidia-current/nvidia.icd", which contained the path to the
newer libnvidia-opencl.so, to "/etc/OpenCL/vendors" folder.
With this last update my system lost the folder "/usr/share/nvidia-current".
Currently the output for
~$ optirun darktable -d opencl
[opencl_init] opencl related configuration options:

[opencl_init] FINALLY: opencl is NOT AVAILABLE on this system.
[opencl_init] initial status of opencl enabled flag is OFF.
What can I do?
PS: I'm running Mint 14 (based on Ubuntu 12.10)
