As expected. If you want your images to look like out of camera JPEGs,
use the out of camera JPEGs ;)

( and the colours in the jpeg

Most likely, no. However, could try to create your own camera color profile.

I am not aware of any camera/vendor specific presets other than the
color profiles already shipped with darktable. Maybe most darktable
users try to make their images look like they want it, and not the way
their camera vendor would render them.
