Hi, I just had a look at the images shared by Meike Künkler: The darktable image has a resolution of 1 dpi, the PS image has a resolution of 800 dpi. I guess the resolution confuses the Telekom Mediencenter. They are probably not used to images that are meant to be printed to a format of 125 * 83 meters (very proud parents, I imagine...). Try exporting the image with a dpi setting of 300, and tell your print shop to make it huge anyway.
