Have a look at the geotagging module (lighttable view).
While this feature is originally intended to fix time differences
between a GPS tracklog and the camera, it can also be used to fix the
time in non-GPS use-cases.
One detail needs to be considered: The offset/corrected timestamp will
only be saved in darktables database and neither in the XMP nor the RAW
itself!
