Yes but that is a very old package it is not even the darktable stable.
Moreover 12.3 is EOL and many packages in OBS in openSUSE is getting rid of
this release.
I would recommend to upgrade to 13.1 if you don't want to deal with large of
configuration (???) and this version will also receive evergreen support so a
long
time for usage
