I might be on the completely wrong track, but that can't work. If you specify the complete HSV triple, you have no degree of freedom, all pixels in the picture will get the exact same colour. Instead what you want is that the brightness (the Value in the HSV coordinate system) is taken from your picture and the Hue and Saturation comes from your settings in the split toning module. Also you should take into account, that at Value=0 the H and S don't make sense any more (pitch black doesn't have a Hue or Saturation). So Value=81 may be good number. Please, someone correct me, if I'm wrong. But I agree with you, that the behaviour of dt from the user's perspective is a bug.
