Cannot seem to be able to find it anywhere.
It appears on the Correction Group, but the manual mentions nothing:

I've been tinkering with it and have not yet figured out what effect it's
supposed to have on images with strong halo effects, for example, after
pulling highlights / pushing shadows, etc.
If anyone has information, please let me know.
