You can also ask another organization to host your project. For example, Software Freedom Conservancy does that for a number of projects: http://sfconservancy.org/members/current/ (many projects are SFC members to get a legal existence to participate in Google Summer of Code for example). Now, once you have money on a bank account, the other difficulty is to spend it ;-). I know that Git has a few thousands of dollars on the SFC bank account, it's both very small compared to the price to pay a full-time developer and very large compared to usual expanses like pay DNS and website hosting, so essentially the money stays there and occasionally funds the trip of a developer to a conference. -- Matthieu Moy http://www-verimag.imag.fr/~moy/ ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ One dashboard for servers and applications across Physical-Virtual-Cloud Widest out-of-the-box monitoring support with 50+ applications Performance metrics, stats and reports that give you Actionable Insights Deep dive visibility with transaction tracing using APM Insight. http://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/290420510;117567292;y _______________________________________________ Darktable-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/darktable-users
