I'm looking for a way to arrange photos in some arbitrary order and then export them in that order.
For example, I have a set of photos that I want to present in an order different from the filename sort order. I would drag and drop them into some order. Then I would export them while applying a renaming rule so that they now sort in the desired order. I have heard that lightroom has a feature like this.
