You could try some of the things mentioned in the 'Open Source Edit my Raw' Google+ community; in January, David LaCivita posted a shot with haze (https://plus.google.com/+DavidLaCivita/posts/guT6gwyi3Vk); I think the best results were by Carmelo DrRaw, using his PhotoFlow Editor, but you could try replicating his recipe (https://plus.google.com/110624611011165412718/posts/RBpURV81AVD). It's not a 'drag the Dehaze slider' kind of solution, though.
