I found the automation mildy annoying initially, when I kept GPX files in (per 
month) directories with photos, and ended up just keeping them all in their own 
directory as a workaround, which works fine. The automation does seem to have 
the potential for being unexpected by users, though... I would say remove it 
unless anyone's really opposed.
