Strangely the issue was gone after I reinstalled Mate packages and then
installed Cinnamon desktop.

Everything looks fine:
$ ldd /opt/darktable/bin/darktable|grep gomp libgomp.so.1 =>
/lib64/libgomp.so.1 (0x00007f109c198000)
$ /opt/darktable/bin/darktable --version
this is darktable 1.7.0+1818~g3c930c6

compile options:
OpenMP support enabled
OpenCL support enabled
Lua support disabled
Colord support enabled
gPhoto2 support disabled
GraphicsMagick support enabled
but all processing became much slower without OpenMP, especially export.
What else can I check?
Thanks,Andrew

Is your dt executable linked to libgomp? Check with
ldd `which darktable` | grep gomp
and also see what compile options were used with
darktable --version
