The webservices interface has been disabled since the 0.1.3 release. See my earlier email about that. Beagle 0.1.4 requires gmime 2.1.16 or 2.1.17. It won't work with 2.1.18 due to a different API. If you're building CVS Beagle, it requires gmime 2.1.18.
