Totally off the top of my head here, but I think *any* BeagleException 
file indicates some runtime problem, and potentially a bug.  An 
IndexHelperException file is a little more common and usually indicates 
that an individual file couldn't be filtered and fully indexed.  Those I 
wouldn't worry so much about unless they were pretty big.
