Bug description:
When you are connecting you get a message box telling you about an incorrect
access to microsoft runtime library (R6034).
This happened since the new version (0.3.0) with new authentication support is
used. The loading of the module "uuid" causes the problem. It tries to load the
runtime library using ctypes module.
To workaround the problem we have to provide manifest files for both executable.
