Bug description:
When creating a new configuration using hte administration client you specify:
- host name
- absolute configuration path
- absolute data path
Instead it would be nice to just specify the WebDAV-enabled base URI and
relative to it the configuration and data paths. so you don not have to repeat
parts of the paths.
