Since dm-more is just a metagem, this isn't a critical problem. The dm team is currently in communication with the original author of dm-tags to get access to the rubyforge project to release the 0.9.7 dm-tags gem. Rubyforge (for fairly good reasons) doesn't allow another project to release a gem with the same name as one that already exists, which means that they can't release a version of the gem on their own.
