I've outlined some steps to update the sake tasks if the normal
dm:sake:refresh task isn't working for you:

After this is done, the only thing you'll need to update DM will be to
"cd" to the dm directory and run the sake command:
sake dm:gems:refresh
To keep your sake tasks current, do the following:
sake dm:sake:refresh
Please let me know if this fixes your problem with the sake tasks.
