Never mind. Driver error. I had another install of PostgreSQL in /
opt, which was causing problems. When I removed it and switched to
using the one in /Library/PostgreSQL8/lib from http://www.postgresqlformac.com
(PATH and DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH), it worked.
