As yet, no. Our incomplete and not yet release do_sqlserver MRI driver relies on DBI::ODBC, which in turn has a runtime dependency on ruby-odbc. I would normally suggest taking a look at ruby-odbc, but it's licensed under a GPL-License, so do_odbc would have to be a clean-sheet development.
