Nick Robinson, (post-doctoral fellow at the *Harvard Law School programme 
on the Legal Profession*) will be in conversation with Harish Narasappa 
(co-founder of DAKSH), to share insights on international statistics on 
judicial delay and share insights from his work in India and experiences in 
the U.S. and elsewhere.

*Nick Robinson* is a post-doctoral fellow at the *Harvard Law School 
programme on the Legal Profession*. He has previously worked at Centre for 
Policy Research, India, and Human Rights Law Network, India. Nick Robinson 
has spent time looking at the maintance of data in the Indian courts, 
especially the Supreme Court. 

 

*Harish Narasappa* is a co-founder of DAKSH, and founding partner of the 
Bangalore-headquartered law Firm, Samvad Partners. Harish is also a trustee 
of Punarchith, and the Singama Sreenivasan Foundation. He is closely 
associated with the National Election Watch.
