The One Vote project - an independent initiative - has released a report on
the technological and societal considerations that the Election Commission,
policy makers and stakeholders must take into account when introducing
electronic voting and blockchain in elections.

The report is published at
https://hasgeek.com/onevote/technology-trust-and-elections/

The interim report highlights the following points to be considered for
technology interventions in large-scale publicly available services:

   -

The context of technology choices and why the public needs to be aware
   about this.
   -

Factors in decision-making that will help to include a well-designed
   deliberative process.
   -

Societal impact review as a necessary requirement for public interest
   software.

Regards,

Zainab
