Hi all,

I'm planning to file an RTI with the Delhi Jal Board to request ward-level,
daily complaint data -- specifically, aggregated counts by complaint
category (e.g., "Water Disruption," "Water Quality," etc.). The goal is to
identify areas facing chronic water insecurity. I'm not seeking any
personally identifiable information (like names, phone numbers, emails,
addresses).

If anyone has experience filing an RTI with DJB, I’d really appreciate any
tips or examples on the wording to make sure the request is as effective
and specific as possible -- I'd like to ensure I get the data within the
30-day period, instead of filing additional appeals. Thanks so much!

Best,
Saloni
