What I saw when I had 6 of the same sites, it would start on one and then forget about the others and then when I set the limit on the pages per site, it would skip that site until it finished the indexing cycle. When I use indexer -amv 6 -u http://www.anysite.com/ to add the url and then index again, it does go after the new site.
