cached is used only by ondexer, so when indexer is run, you may see debug output. To enable work with cached, you need to have &cached= parameter specified in DBAddr command in your indexer.conf file. To take effect, these section should be uncommented before indexing, or you need reindex all, if you uncomment its after.
