Hello, I have a problem when trying to update from older 4.42 version to the last snapshot 4.46. After successful compilation and installation I have tried to simply replace the old executables: search.cgi and storedoc.cgi with the new ones keeping all configuration files unchanged as well as my search.htm main page. After launching a new search in my database everything get freezed; no errors in error.log and my browser is just waiting for any response.... I know that some new parameters are available since 4.42 but is it normal that everything get freezed ? As my search.htm is highly personalized, what minimum changes should I perform to get it working ? And also I hope that my old database working under 4.42 will work normally with 4.46 without having to reindex all pages again ?? Thanks in advance for any help.
