My file size on average is 5.8 kilobytes. I have a server with Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40G CPU, 6G DDR 800 RAM, Seagate SATA2 500G 32MB installed. Can this do the work? Do I need to buy extra hardware? What operating system is required for this capacity? Can Ubuntu x64 do? Can the indexer and the indexed files run on a 64bit operating system?
