Role/Title : Business Analyst with Document Imaging experience Location : Jacksonville, FL Duration : 12 Months Max Rate : $37/hr *Position Purpose:* This systems analyst will work with our client’s business partners and identify business process improvements for workflow and document imaging using six sigma quality management methods. The systems analyst will translate the business requirements into application design documentation and help execute the project plan. * Essential Duties:* Work with business partners to identify opportunities for imaging automation, cost reduction, and workflow simplification. Conduct process improvement workshops with business partners in an articulate and professional manner. Apply six sigma tools and methodologies to help “manage by the facts”. Work with IT staff to design appropriate and practical application solutions within IT standards. Help write and execute workflow and imaging implementation plans for both the business and IT. *Requirements / Major Qualifications:* Proven experience in designing and implementing document management and workflow solutions. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with image capture and storage technologies such as ImageNow. Experience with creating and documenting use cases, system requirements, data/process modeling Experience UML, RUP Requires ability to document system testing scenarios, and cases is a plus Requires proficiency with business system design/ modeling, documentation and analysis techniques, and testing methodologies. Trained and experienced in six sigma quality management tools and methodologies. A “can do” attitude; takes ownership for business issues, not just an imaging expert.
