To provide Operations support for information security and network
infrastructure as per the SLAs. To work as per the laid down processes and
guidelines (ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX) and to adopt to the new or improved
guidelines with ease. Following are some detailed requirements of this role:

-        Proactively manage customer information security infrastructure.

·         Quickly respond, troubleshoot and implement resolutions for
customer’s system issues.

·         Management & Monitoring of Information security devices.

·         Reporting

·         Security Incident response & investigation
