Understanding the Order to Cash business is almost more important than the Technical! Must understand the printing industry, the issues of the printing industry (such as low margins and high volume). They produce huge volume of invoices (125 lines of invoices a month). Needs to have experience working with an offshore team *Position Description:* Responsible for the overall support of Financial Applications, GL, AP, FA, and AR and all extended functionality which include Advanced Collections, Universal Work Queue, Oracle Marketing Online, Advanced Inbound/Outbound, Workflow, Vertex and related Oracle CRM applications. Functional Lead for Order-to-Cash which also helps support Order Management, Oracle Sales and Telesales, Installed Base, Oracle Contracts, Pricing and Inventory.
