Description: The skills for the Work Flow coordinator are: - Ideally a Java Tech Lead who can work with business to hash out requirements too. - Ideal candidate should have at least been a mid-level Java developer with good exposure to JSP, Struts and some back end database understanding - Should morph into the project SME once the BA is ready to roll off the POD Here are the roles and responsibilities for this position: A person who understands both the offshore and onsite cultures, and helps in building trust - critical step in creation and development of multicultural teams. He / she will bring the following advantages to the project: - Will be the right hand person to the HEB PM for the POD - Acts as liaison between Project Management and Development teams. - Attends onsite client meetings such as deliverable review meetings, planning and scheduling meetings. - Understand requirements, technology and schedule. -Will be the single point of contact for any clarifications needed by the offshore team. Keeps track of change/ issues. - The availability of this resource beyond the regular work hours will help in reducing the turnaround time for the offshore team hence improving the - Being physically with the client, this person understands the requirements and client concerns better.
