To elevate the user comfort and utilization of their CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and responsible for providing a high level of service to the CRM user community and will respond to inbound user calls on system features, functionality and use. Required in depth knowledge of automated and technology-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and use of the CRM analytical tools. Demonstrated analytical competencies with technical aptitude to analyze frequency and commonality of issues is needed to improve the user's performance and to increase their independency with the tool.
