Should have hands on experience with various integration points. - Strong working exp on ECC 6.0, 5 full life cycle implementation exp. - Expertise on Personnel Administration, Organization Management & ESS/MSS modules with workflows. - Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines. - Demonstrate superior problem solving and analytical skills, highly customer focused and commitment to understanding and learning client businesses - Ability to resolve conflicts and gain consensus through mediation and collaboration - Ability to communicate technical ideas and concepts clearly, verbally and written, to technical and non-technical audiences - Working experience with Remedy, Merckury and Quality Center is a plus.
