It is important the resource should have a strong hands-on experience and several past *WESB* implementations using WESB along with *WTX* (and possibly the WTX primitive) and *MQ* and * WebServices* for the transfer protocols. XML / XML Schema / XSLT skills would Experience Required: IBM *WESB* / *WTX* and their integration. Client use the new *WTX* primitive in *WESB*. XML/XML Schema. Client use a specific OAGIS XML standard that provides a rather complex schema. XSLT experience preferred As far as transport goes, Client rely on web services / SOAP over HTTP / HTTPS and MQ.
