Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 12-18 Months + Job Description: Essential Duties and Responsibilities · *Write and maintain test plans, test scenarios and test cases*based on specifications and requirements. · Execute *manual tests* and identify, communicate, and document discrepancies encountered during the testing process. Enter, review and update software defects in defect tracking database. · *Design, develop, execute and maintain automated test scripts. * · Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications · 4 - 7+ years of software quality assurance experience. Experience developing software tests for functional, performance and regression testing that include automated, ad-hoc, and manual testing elements. · *Payroll/HR/Benefits software testing experience is a big plus!* · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics or related engineering field or equivalent experience. · In-depth knowledge of testing Web-based applications. Familiarity with SDLC, quality standards and test methodologies. · 2+ years of hand-on experience with *Mercury Quality Center / QTP with Business Process Testing automated test tool.
