*Job Title: Java/Flex Developer* *Location: NYC, NY* *Duration: 3 Months Contract* Critical Skills: Java/ J2EE technologies. Java 5 experience (Generics, Concurrency Utilities etc..,) Either Flex or Object Oriented JavaScript experience Adobe Flex: Flex 3, ActionScript 3.0, MXML, MATE, BlazeDS, Event handling, Data Binding, AS3 XML handling Object Oriented JavaScript: Knowledge of any JS framework like ExtJs, Dojo, Prototype, JQuery or equivalent. Event handling Spring, Spring MVC, Invocation of Control, Aspect oriented Programming Hibernate: Data Mapping, Performance tuning, Batch processing. Oracle: PL/SQL, Query optimizations XML marshaling/un-marshaling, XML manipulation using XSLT and XPath. Knowledge of JAXB or JDOM or equivalent. Important to Have Skills: Interactive User Interface design/development Experience: Web 2.0 implementation/Java Web Application Experience. Documentum 6.0 and above (6.5 preferred) Eclipse IDE experience Good to Have Skills: Agile Development: Experience with Agile/RAD type environments as well as full project lifecycle environments CSS or Flex skinning experience.
