This system will include Driver’s License, Driver Compliance, Vehicle Title and Registration, Dealer Licensing, Inventory, and Finance Processes.* There are 5 staff Aug positions all last 2 years with extensions possible. Start date 5/24 . * * 3. *Sr. Business Systems Analyst – Requirements (BSA Resource-1)* * * Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience required in business analysis Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience required in leading requirements elicitation, gathering and JAD sessions Excellent communication and writing skills Minimum of 5 years of experience with Unified Modeling Language (UML) for system modeling (including but not limited to: Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams,State Transition Diagrams) Minimum of 3 years of experience using Unified Modeling Language (UML) Business and System Use Case modeling for analysis and management of Quality of Service (a.k.a. non-functional) requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience using Rational Unified Process for requirements solicitation, analysis and management Minimum of 1 year of experience understanding the relationship between functional and Quality of Service (a.k.a. non-functional) requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience with implementation of requirements and system architecture traceability approaches and tools.
