ID: Req-0200 - BA / ORACLE APPS Primary Skills: ORACLE AGIS Description: Client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst who is a Self-starter with a "can-do" attitude in a fast-moving business environment to join the IT team as a contractor and help build and maintain IT applications footprint. This is a full-time contract position based in our main office in downtown Palo Alto. Must have ORACLE AGIS Responsibilities Gather and document business requirements on Multi-org project; areas of focus will be Oracle AGIS, AR, AP and Cash Management (R12) Document and manage business process flows charts Provide hands-on functional & configuration support for applications in areas including Finance and Order management Assist in defining and optimizing simple yet effective business processes and drive change within the organization through consensus-building Ensure ERP initiatives follow the proper planning, scheduling and management processes Manage on-time project delivery and business expectations and ensure internal customer satisfaction Provide hands on analysis, design, testing, implementation and post implementation support Configure applications based on requirements submitted by business partners and best practices Promote user adoption by preparing training documentation and conduct training sessions for business users Build test cases & manage User Acceptance Tests Assist with risk management and change management on projects Create ad-hoc reports, queries and data extracts as requested Provide day-to-day support and quality assurance for projects and tasks Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance or related field 5+ years as Financial analyst in high tech company Worked on 2+ Multi-org ERP implementations with hands-on experience in configuration and customizations Strong business acumen and working knowledge of Financial processes in AP, AR, GL, FA, CE and Revenue Recognition Strong knowledge of project management fundamentals and experience running small to mid-size projects Ability to multi-task across multiple concurrent projects is required Experience in software development life-cycle processes and methodologies on multiple projects Knowledge of Oracle R12 Financial modules highly preferable Rate: Open, Job Type: Contract, Duration: 6 Months +, Number Of Openings: 1, Location: Palo Alto, CA Respond <mailto:m...@xtglobal.com?subject=response_to_req%2d0200> to this requirement.
