The *TESTERL* ensures that any test anomaly or failure is documented on the Test Log Sheet and that changes to procedural steps are documented and incorporated for final revision and document control. The *Test Report* will include the Test Log Sheets and Problem Reports that fully document any anomaly or failure that occurred.
