Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) over the phone and email. 7. Able to quickly analyze incidents and either resolve, or provide workaround 8. Ability to recognize significance of incidents that should be escalated based on business impact. 9. Experience managing Siebel user administration 10. Familiar with browser settings, ability to troubleshoot common desktop concerns related to Siebel usage. *Position Three: Performance Test Engineer* *Location: Mooresville, NC* *Duration: 3+months* Job Duties: Urgent need for a Senior Performance Test Engineer. This person would serve as the Performance Test Project Manager who would lead a team of about 4 to 6 on-shore and off-shore resources. The team size will grow after June to about 10 to 15.
