It is a global order capturing application built using Oracle Application Express, and interfaces the orders to Oracle back office based on Oracle E-Business Suite R12. We are looking for a Web Quality Assurance Analyst to assist in the ongoing testing of our Web application. In this role you will have work on cutting-edge e-commerce site and test the performance of Web applications used by thousands of Oracle consumers. The ideal candidate is highly-motivated and passionate. An ability to work in a team environment is critical. You must be a self-starter, and be able to work independently with a "can-do" attitude. *Responsibilities:* - Carry out end-to-end testing of our Web application before each release - Develop test plans - Create test cases based on business and functional requirements - Work in close collaboration with development team to translate functional and non-functional requirements into use cases - Report on Web testing results - Identify and log bug reports - Participate in requirements and technical spec meetings *Required Skills and Experience:* - At least 10 years experience testing Web applications. - At least one e-commerce (B2B or B2C) project experience required. - Strong analytical and organizational skills focusing on QA test process - Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills - Past experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite applications (OM, OKS, or Quoting) is a plus. * * * * *If you are not currently looking for a project, but might know someone who would be interested, I would greatly appreciate it if you would pass along my details.
