What version of Perl do you have installed?  I bet this is because you're
using an earlier version of Time::Local, because I have problems with
these tests using Perl 5.00503 on my Linux box.

This is just weird.  Why does Windows think that

 infinity - infinity = 0

for the third subtraction, but not the first two?  I'm so confused.
